| GeoHab 2005 was held 4-7 May 2005 at the
Institute of Ocean Sciences in Sidney, British
Columbia, Canada. The conference was organized by
team lead by Vaughn Barrie and Kim Conway of the
Geological Survey of Canada. The theme
of the conference was Marine Geological
and Biological Habitat Mapping for Ocean
Management.
Sponsors included the Geological
Survey of Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada,
Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, Fugro Pelagos
Inc., and Quester Tangent Corporation.
